Questions
How does the trial work?
Every new workspace gets 14 days of Pro, with no card needed. At the end, choose a plan. If you don’t, a team of up to 3 people carries on with Free; a bigger team becomes read-only until it picks a plan.
Who counts as a person?
Everyone active in your workspace, except guests. Guests are free. Suspended people don’t count.
What if I add people mid-month?
You pay only for the days left in the billing period.
What happens if a payment fails?
Everything keeps working for 14 days while the payment is retried. After that the workspace becomes read-only. Your data is never deleted because of a missed payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. See our refund policy for the details.
How do I pay?
