This policy describes the cookies and browser storage used by the Tascimo website (tascimo.com) and the Tascimo web app (app.tascimo.com).

1. In short

We use only the cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary to sign you in, keep you signed in and remember your settings in the app. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not let third parties set cookies. Because everything we use is strictly necessary, we do not show a consent banner.

2. This website

This website (tascimo.com) sets no cookies. If you choose Light or Dark with the theme button, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name tascimo-site-theme, on your device only; choosing System again removes it. Its fonts are served from our own domain, so visiting it does not contact any third party. The Book a demo page asks Cal.com, our scheduling provider, for free times and sends your booking to it when you confirm; this sets no cookies.

3. Cookies in the Tascimo app

wh_role	Remembers your role in the current organisation so the app can show the right pages. Not readable by scripts on the page.	Up to 7 days
wh_session	Tells the app you are signed in so it can open your workspace instead of the sign-in page. Contains no personal data.	Up to 7 days

4. Browser storage in the app

The app also keeps some data in your browser’s local storage, on your device only:

Your signed-in session and the organisation you selected.
Display preferences such as the theme (Light, Dim or Dark).
How you arranged the app: visible columns, column widths, filters, sorting, grouping and the last view per project.
Recently opened projects and tasks, and saved report settings.
A short-lived cache of task lists, so pages open faster.

Your session is removed when you sign out. Preferences and layout settings stay on your device until you clear your browser’s site data.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the app cookies above, you will not be able to sign in to Tascimo. For how we handle personal data in general, see our Privacy Policy. Questions: privacy@tascimo.com.
